SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional 1-3 working days to dispatch parcels during sale and festive seasons.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number.
If delivery fails (e.g. due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided), the customer will be responsible for covering any additional charges to have the item delivered again.
Orders that are unclaimed and bounced back after a 30-day grace period will be forfeited.
