🔁 Returns & Exchanges

YOOMI STUDIO accepts returns or exchanges for regular-priced items unless stated otherwise.

❌ Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Promotional bundle deals
  • Items bought with store credit

📦 Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Brand new, unworn, unwashed
  • Free from odors (including perfume)
  • No makeup stains
  • Original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging

⏱ Return Timeframe

  • Malaysia orders: within 7 working days of receiving item
  • International orders: within 14 working days of receiving item

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Any returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Personal reason returns → buyer pays return shipping
  • Exchanges → buyer pays:
    • Return shipping
    • Shipping for replacement item

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are store credit only (no cash refunds)
  • Store credit:
    • Covers item price only (shipping not included)
    • Has no expiry date
  • Items bought with store credit cannot be returned again

🔄 Exchanges- Personal Reasons (Size / Color / Item)

Process:

  1. Return original item first
  2. Receive store credit after approval
  3. Use credit to reorder

If replacing with a different item:

  • Higher price → pay difference
  • Lower price → no refund of difference

If the item is out of stock, a store credit refund will be issued for future orders.


⚠️ Defective / Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item:

  • Contact us within 3 days
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos

Return timeframes:

  • Malaysia: 7 working days
  • International: 14 working days

Refund includes:

  • Item price
  • Original shipping fee
  • Return shipping (capped at RM8 West / RM14 East Malaysia) Please provide the return shipping receipt.

Replacement will be sent within 3–5 working days after we receive your return.

If the item is out of stock, a full cash refund will be issued. 


📮 Important Notes

  • Use trackable shipping (lost parcels not covered)
  • Items not meeting conditions will be rejected
  • Buyers will need to pay additional shipping fees to have rejected items returned
  • YOOMI STUDIO reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute

📏 Product & Measurements
Colours may appear slightly different across devices. Returns due to colour differences are not accepted.
Measurements are taken flat and may vary by 0.5–0.75 inches. This is not considered a defect. Please check measurements carefully.


📦 Backorder
If you order ready stock and backorder items together, they will be shipped once all items are available.
To receive ready stock first, please order separately.
