Reason for Return

Personal Reasons (e.g., not suitable, dislike)

    1.    Eligibility

        We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at regular price (special cases will be stated separately).

      Exceptions:

        Discounted items, clearance items, or promotional bundle deals.

        Items purchased with partial or full store credit.

    2.    Return/Exchange Conditions

        The item must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, free of odors (including perfume), and without makeup stains.

        Original tags must remain intact, and the item along with its original packaging.

    3.    Return Process

        Local Orders (Malaysia): Items must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the product.

        International Orders: Items must be returned within 10 working days of receiving the product.

        Buyers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product via email at hiyoomistudio@gmail.com, or via Instagram/Facebook direct message, and provide the order number and reason for return/exchange. Returns made without prior notice will not be accepted.

    4.    Shipping Fees

        For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., not suitable, dislike), the return shipping fee and related charges will be borne by the buyer.

    5.    Refund Policy

        For returns/exchanges (personal reasons: not suitable, dislike): Refunds will only cover the original item price, excluding shipping fees.

        Refunds will be issued as store credit only and not as cash. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used anytime.

        Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return, exchange, or further store credit refunds.

    6.    Important Notes

        We recommend using a trackable postal service to avoid lost parcels during transit. Buyers are responsible for any loss of returned items.

        Items that do not meet the return conditions will be rejected. Buyers must pay additional shipping fees to have the items returned to them.


Received Defective/Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if we have sent you a defective or incorrect item!

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via email at hiyoomistudio@gmail.com or Instagram/Facebook direct message, and provide the following information:

* Order Number: Order No #1001

* Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.

We will process your request as soon as possible. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return Process:

Once we confirm that the item meets the return eligibility criteria, please return the item to the designated address within the specified working days:

        Local Orders (Malaysia): Items must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the product.

        International Orders: Items must be returned within 10 working days of receiving the product.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your store credit refund within 3-7 working days.

Refund Policy:

Return for Defective/Incorrect Items: Refunds will include the original item price, original shipping fee, and return shipping fee (maximum refund for return shipping is RM8 for West Malaysia, RM14 for East Malaysia).

Please provide the receipt for the return shipping fee to facilitate the refund process.

Important Notes:

We recommend using a trackable postal service to prevent the parcel from being lost during transit. If the parcel is lost, we will not be able to process your return request.


Exchange for Items/Size/Color:

If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or item, please return the original item first. After we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount in store credit to your account, which you can use to place a new order.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to:

Exchange for another item:

        If the new item’s price exceeds the original item’s price, the buyer will need to pay the difference.

        If the new item’s price is lower than the original item’s price, the difference will not be refunded.

        Receive a full refund in store credit for future purchases.


Product & Measurements Variance

Please note that colors displayed on screen may vary slightly across different devices due to differences in specifications and resolutions. Brighter hues, in particular, may appear differently. Returns based on color discrepancies will not be accepted.

Product measurements are provided in flat lay and may vary by 0.5 - 0.75 inches. This slight difference is not considered a defect. Please double-check measurements, as different designs may fit differently.


Backorder

All ready stock item(s) bought together with backorder items will be mailed out together. If you would like your ready stock item(s) to be dispatched first, please order the items separately.
